15 days free replacement: Fenix will replace a new product within 15 days of purchase for any manufacturing defects if problems come into being in normal use; We will replace it with the same model. If the model has been discontinued and no stock, consumers will receive a product with similar or improved model.


5 years free repair: Fenix will offer free repair within 5 years for lights from the date of purchase if problem develops with normal use. Different warranty period for different products:

Fenixlight Limited will provide paid warranty for more than 5 or 2 years of free warranty (including additional warranty period), and the cost shall be subject to the actual cost of material replacement without additional labor cost.


Extended warranty service: After registering the online version of the "Quality Assurance Card" on Fenixlight Limited's official website, consumers can get an additional 6 months' free warranty period. This extended warranty policy only applies to flashlights, headlamps, bike lights, lanterns, weapon lights.


Warranty certificate: During the warranty period, the consumers shall contact the distributors or dealers with Fenixlight Limited's Quality Assurance Card, purchase invoice or receipt, and the distributors or dealers shall provide service to the consumers, and Fenixlight Limited will provide service support to the distributors or dealers.


The free warranty does not apply to any of the following situations:
1) Defective due to normal wear and tear;
2) Defective due to rough handling;
3) Product defect or damage caused by battery leakage or battery misuse.
