The Fenix WF25RM is a powerful multipurpose, cradle chargeable duty flashlight equipped with a super bright illumination of 3000 lumens and an extensive beam throw of 370 meters. Powered by a rechargeable 21700 battery, this flashlight offers multiple brightness levels of white light, making it suitable for various industrial duties and operations, in- as well as outdoors. Additionally, it features a 365nm UV light with an optical power of 500mW, specifically designed for non-destructive testing, leak testing, and other specialized operations. Press and hold the neck-mounted switch for 1.2 seconds to activate Instant Burst, providing a momentary burst of maximum brightness for immediate emergencies. Robust and versatile, this flashlight is an ideal option for industrial duties and maintenance.

Q2. What kind of LED is used in WF25RM? Does Fenix offer to replace LED?
Utilizes one Luminus SST70 LED; with a life span of 50,000 hours.
Fenix does not provide LED replacement services for the time being, and users are not recommended to replace the LEDs independently, which may affect product performance and cause product damage.
Q3. What is the color temperature of WF25RM?
Around 6000K.
Q4. What is the working voltage and working current of WF25RM?
Working voltage: 3.0 V - 4.2 V. Working current: Eco: 30mA; Low: 160mA; Med: 450mA; High: 1250mA; Burst: 5000mA; UV light: 500mA.
Q5. Is WF25RM rechargeable? How long is the charging time?
Yes, WF25RM is rechargeable with the magnetic charging cable and with the charging cradle as well. The indicator will display red while charging, and will turn green when fully charged. The normal charging time is approximately 2.5 hours from depleted to fully charged. The included 21700 battery is also fully rechargeable with its built-in USB Type-C port.
Q6. Why does the WF25RM downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?
There are three reasons:
1. Intelligent Overheat Protection
The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the light reaches a temperature of 60°C or above, the light will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature.
2. Low-voltage Warning
When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the Eco is reached.
3. Proximity Downshift Safety Function
When the light head is close to an illuminated object (<1 cm), the flashlight will automatically downshift the brightness level to Eco output to avoid burns caused by high temperature. This function only applies to the Burst output and High output. Unscrew the tail cap, then long press the switch while screwing the tail cap back and the light will blink white three times, indicating that this function is temporarily disabled. Re-inserting a battery will re-enable this function.
Q7. Why does the WF25RM happen to flicker?
The reasons that may cause the light to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:
1. Poor battery level.
Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.
2. The contact or contact point of the battery or flashlight is dirty.  
Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
If the above methods don't work, please contact your authorized distributor.
Q8. What kind of battery can be used in WF25RM?
It is recommended to use a Fenix ARB-L21-5000U battery. Other Li-ion batteries are not recommended. As unmatched batteries may cause the flashlight to fail to work normally.
Q9. What are the optional accessories for WF25RM?
AOD-M diffuser tip and ALD-05 flashlight helmet holder.
Q10. What should I do when the WF25RM needs repair?
1. 15-day replacement: Fenix will replace identical or equal products with documented manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase.
2. 5-year free repair: Fenix will repair a light free of charge within 5 years (rechargeable battery and other accessories: 1 year) of purchase if problems develop with normal use.
3. Lifetime limited warranty: If repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, Fenix will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.
4. Warranty certificate: Please keep the warranty card in contacting the authorized distributors for after-sale maintenance, Fenix will provide service support to the distributors.
