Q1. What is the product positioning of HP25R and who are the target customers?
A: Employing a far-reaching spotlight and a neutral white floodlight, HP25R is sufficient for multipurpose illuminating, such as hiking, searching, caving, camping, photographing. Besides, the IP66 rated structure makes it fearless of rainy or dusty environment and the compatibility with CR123A batteries makes sense in cold temperature.
Q2. What are the key features and benefits of HP25R?
2) Neutral white floodlight
3) Micro USB rechargeable battery case
4) Battery level indicator and low-power reminder
Q3. How can I ensure the other LED is off when one is working at high output? Thus to guarantee the duration of the battery.
A: No worries there. The HP25R is preset that the two light sources can not be turned on at the same time.
Q4. Is the HP25R able to charge other 18650 batteries just like Fenix ones?
A: Yes, it is. But Fenix recommends quality batteries with protection circuit though the headlamp is built-in with protection circuits against over-charging and over-discharging.
Q5. Will it cause any danger if the headlamp is charged with CR123A batteries loaded incautiously?
A: HP25R will identify the CR123A batteries and not charge them even though the power outlet and Micro USB charging port is connected.
So, please replace the loaded batteries or cut off the power outlet if your connecting job is already done, the charging indicator on the battery case will be off.
Q6: Why does my HP25R automatically downshift to a lower output when it works at Turbo output for a period of time?
A: The headlamp will accumulate a lot of heat when it is working at high output levels. To avoid high temperature of lamp surface:
1. When the lamp is overheated up to65℃or above, the lamp will automatically adjust the output to prevent the lamp from overheating.
2. When the temperature reduces, the light will return back to previously used output level.
3. During this process, if full-power working is needed, please click the corresponding switch once again.
