Q2. What kind of LEDs’ are used in CL22R? Does Fenix offer to replace LED?

one Redslight SC1818C cold white LED, and twelve WS2812B-3535 LEDs; with a
lifespan of 50,000 hours each.
Fenix does not provide LED replacement
services for the time being, and users are not recommended to replace the LEDs
independently, which may affect product performance and cause product damage.

Yes, CL22R is rechargeable with a USB
Type-C port. The normal charging time of the lantern is
approximately 3 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5 V/1 A or higher
power charging adapter. No, therefore once charging is
completed, be sure to close the anti-dust cover to maintain the dustproof and waterproof
ability.
Q6. Why does the CL22R downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?
There are two reasons:
1. Intelligent Overheat Protection
The lantern will accumulate a lot of heat
when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the lantern reaches
a temperature of 50°C/122°F or above, it will automatically step down a few
lumens every to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 50°C/122°F,
the lantern will gradually recall the preset output
level.
2. Low-voltage Warning
When the voltage level drops below the
preset level, one of the battery level indicators constantly blinks
to remind you to timely recharge the battery. To ensure normal use,
the lantern will not turn off automatically and will work till the battery
level runs out.
Q7. Why does the CL22R happen to flicker?
The
lantern may flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate due to
poor battery level. Please recharge the lantern.
