The HL12R V2.0 features a USB Type-C charging port for convenient charging of its built-in 950mAh battery. When charging, the indicators will flash from bottom to top to display the charging status. The normal charging time is about 2.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5 V/1 A or above charging adapter.

The HL12R V2.0 features IP66-rated protection, and it is all-weather applicable. It can withstand heavy rain and splashing and is totally protected against dust and foreign objects as rated.

Poor battery level may cause the lamp or its indicator to flicker or fail to illuminate. Please recharge the lamp. If this method doesn't work, please contact the distributor.
Q8. Why does the HL12R V2.0 downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?
When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the headlamp is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the lowest output is reached. When this happens in the lowest output, one indicator blinks to remind users to recharge the battery in a timely manner.

Press and hold the two switches for 3 seconds simultaneously to lock or unlock the headlamp.

1. 15-day replacement: Fenix will replace identical or equal products with documented manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase.
2. 2-year free repair: Fenix will repair a light free of charge within 2 years of purchase(rechargeable battery and other accessories: 1 year) if problems develop with normal use.
3. Lifetime limited warranty: If repair is required after 2 years from the date of purchase, Fenix will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.
