Q1. What is the product positioning of HM75R Pro? What are the key features of HM75R Pro?

Q2.What kind of LEDsare used in HM75R Pro? Does Fenix offer to replace LED?

A:  The headlamp uses one Luminus SFT90X white LED, two Luminus SST25 white LEDs, and one OSRAM GR QSSPA1.23 red LED. Fenix currently does not offer an LED replacement service, and users are not advised to replace the LEDs themselves, as doing so may affect the product’s performance or cause damage.

Q3. What is the color temperature of HM75R Pro?

A: Both the spotlight and floodlight have a color temperature of 6,000–6,500 K.

Q4. What is the working voltage of HM75R Pro?

A: The operating voltage is 3.0–4.2 V, with an allowable voltage range of 2.8–5.5 V.

Q5. Is HM75R Pro rechargeable? How long is the charging time?

A: Simply connect the headlamp’s charging port to a power source using a USB Type-C charging cable. When using a compatible power adapter that supports 5 V/2.5 A or higher, the battery can be fully charged in as little as 1.5 hours.

Q6. What is the intelligent proximity-based brightness reduction feature on the HM75R Pro?

A:  When activated, the headlamp automatically lowers its brightness to the Low mode when an object is detected within approximately 6 cm. It returns to the original brightness once the object has been out of range for more than 0.8 seconds.

Q7. Why does the HM75R Pro downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?

A: There are two reasons:

1. Intelligent Overheat Protection

The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the light reaches a temperature of 55°C or above, the light will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature.

2. Low-voltage Warning

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the lowest output is reached.

Q8. Why does theHM75R Pro happen to flicker?

A: The reasons that may cause the light to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:

1. Poor battery level.

Solution: Recharge or replace the batteries.

2. The contact or contact point of the batteries or flashlight is dirty.  

Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.

Q9. What type of battery does the HM75R Pro use, and is it replaceable?

A: The HM75R Pro comes with one Fenix ARB-L21-5500 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which can be replaced. We recommend using a protected 21700 rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Do not use unprotected rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.

Q10.What should I do when the HM75R Pro needs repair?

A: 1. 15-day replacement: Fenix will replace identical or equal products with documented manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase.

2. 5-year free repair: Fenix will repair a light free of charge within 5 years (rechargeable battery and other accessories: 1 year) of purchase if problems develop with normal use.

3. Lifetime limited warranty: If repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, Fenix will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.

4. Warranty certificate: Please keep the warranty card in contacting the authorized distributors for after-sale maintenance, Fenix will provide service support to the distributors.
